Finals Week
A special thank you to our students and staff for hosting our EPIC Campus Finals Week. Instead of taking tests, students gave a group presentation, watched several presentations from students in different pathways, and engaged in networking and interviewing activities. Students were excited to enjoy brunch from Flippin’ Flapjacks and breakfast burritos from Anna’s. Thank you all for a great first semester!
Important Dates at EPIC Campus
Our EPIC campus offices will be closed the weeks of December 22nd through January 2nd. Our offices will reopen on Monday, January 5th, and student classes will resume on Tuesday, January 6th. This will be an Odd day at the EPIC Campus and at LPS high schools.
EPIC Students not returning for Semester 2
If you received an EPIC Campus Parking Permit, we will be collecting the EPIC Campus Parking Permit from you through 12/19/2025. You can drop off your parking permit to Bookkeeper Jody Luft in the front office. Also, if you will not be returning in Semester 2 and are willing to part with your EPIC gear, please drop off your shirts or hoodies at the front office by Friday, December 19th and we will provide it to students in the second semester who may have financial constraints. Thank you for paying it forward!
Course Registration for 2026-27
Current 9th - 11th graders will begin the course registration process at their home high schools after Winter Break. Students will request EPIC courses at the same time and in the same manner as they will courses at their home high school. Current EPIC students who have questions about what course(s) they should request are encouraged to talk with their instructor and/or the counselor for that pathway. More detailed information will be available when we return in January.
Borrowed EPIC T-Shirts
For those students who have forgotten their EPIC t-shirt, we have EPIC t-shirts that they can borrow and then return after class. Unfortunately, we have had several students who have not returned their borrowed EPIC t-shirts. These t-shirts are grey and have a number on the tag. You and your students will have received an email if your student borrowed one that still needs to be returned. Please return the t-shirt to the EPIC Main Office as we have a limited supply. If we do not receive the t-shirt by 12/19/25, there will be a fee applied in Infinite Campus for any unreturned t-shirt. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
EPIC Campus Bookkeeping - Outstanding Student Fees
Thank you to those EPIC Campus families that have paid their fees for the 1st Semester. If you have not paid your EPIC Campus Student Fees, you may log in to your Parent Portal for

Colorado P.E.O. has established the Colorado State Scholarship Fund (CSSF) which is open to women who are high school seniors or have earned their GED. CSSF gives preference to women pursuing non-traditional or vocational areas of study. All high school senior females are eligible to apply though. Note that they must be attending an accredited program.
Last year, P.E.O. made 61 awards through CSSF, and amounts varied from $1,000 to $2,500. It is non-renewable. The deadline to apply is January 31, 2026. Applicants can also go to this web page https://coloradopeo.org/colorado-and-local-chapter-scholarships-1/ where there's an email link that they can use to request an application.
Seniors & Parents of Seniors
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available to parents and students Most colleges are prioritizing families completing this application by March 1st.

WORK BASED LEARNING
EPIC Campus Interns Make an Impact Across LPS Schools
This fall semester, EPIC Campus students made a meaningful impact through hands-on internships across Littleton Public Schools and within the Architecture Pathway. Six students participated in immersive, real-world learning experiences that strengthened classrooms, supported educators, and built valuable professional skills.
Five students served as Student Teacher Interns at LPS schools, working alongside mentor teachers in classrooms ranging from preschool through 8th grade. These interns played an active role in daily instruction by assisting with lesson planning, facilitating small-group sessions, supporting individual learners, and co-teaching alongside licensed educators. Their professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to students were evident, and their contributions were valued by both teachers and learners alike. We are excited that all five student teacher interns will be returning to their placements for the spring semester, continuing to build on the strong foundation they established this fall.
In addition, one student represented the Architecture Pathway as an Architecture Intern at EPIC Campus. Throughout the semester, she supported the program by running technical
equipment, assisting students during class, and working on special projects to help prepare lessons and learning environments. Her attention to detail and technical skill helped enhance the learning experience for others. While she will not be returning to EPIC Campus in the spring, it is for an exciting reason, she has secured an internship at an architecture firm in downtown Denver, taking her next step into the professional field.
We are incredibly proud of all six interns for their hard work, growth, and contributions this semester. Their success reflects the power of authentic, work-based learning and the strong partnerships that make these opportunities possible.

INSIDE EPIC CAMPUS
What an EPIC day of Finals. For one half of the day, students honed their networking and interview skills through small group practice. During the second half of the day, students presented their learning to a diverse student group representing other EPIC pathways. Students were asked questions from audience members about their learning.

Real Estate students refining their presentations!

EPIC Campus Health Science students went to Highline Place to spread holiday cheer.

EPIC Construction Apprenticeship Prep students visited CU Denver’s Trimble lab and even got to walk Atlas, the robotic dog.

EPIC Campus Future Educator Teacher Cadets are out helping in classrooms around Littleton Public Schools. Crafting snowmen, working on coloring gingerbread men, reading through science paragraphs and partnering with cooperating teachers, our Cadets are EPIC!

Our Pi’s and Python students leveled up this semester! For their final projects, they rebuilt classic retro games, like Tetris and Chess, from the ground up using Python.

EPIC Campus Comp Sci Networking students built their own LAN. Students designed the Local Area Network themselves.
